Founder’s note

I founded Succession.Inc, because I know firsthand how isolating, challenging, and misunderstood the next-gen journey can be—especially when mental health struggles are involved. After my own challenges and recovery journey, I saw clearly that sustained, structured after-care was missing. This is the program I wished existed after I’d finished my treatment—a program built around accountability, purpose, sustained personal growth, mission/vision/values alignment, and life mastery."

what is legacy regen?

Legacy Regen is a personalized executive mentorship program for young adults from influential or affluent families who are navigating critical life transitions — whether before, during, or after a crisis.

Built on the proven frameworks developed by The Legacy Academy (TLA), a division of Berkeley Research Group (BRG), Legacy Regen offers structure, strategy, and stability during the most vulnerable and defining periods of a young adult’s life.

We work one-on-one with participants to build:

  • While the primary focus of the accelerator is on NextGens, we recognize the importance of family alignment and involvement. In certain cases, family members can be integrated into the process as part of the Holistic Prosperity Model, ensuring the vision and goals of both the NextGen and their family are aligned to support long-term success. We believe that strong family dynamics are essential for sustaining generational wealth and leadership. We also offer “NGFA” for families seeking transformation amongst multiple stakeholders wishing to support your projects and achieve a greater degree of family agency, harmony and impact.

    Success is measured using state-of the art psycho/bio-metrics and by the progress participants make in developing their venture, baselined according to their initial projections.

    The skills and confidence they gain in leadership and business management, and their ability to secure capital or funding - not to mention an epic team - will serve them well for life.

    We track milestones and outcomes, including your pitch readiness, G2M strategy, and venture validation, while providing ongoing feedback to ensure you're on track to achieve your goals.

  • In case you don’t get the reference, suffice it to say we won’t be adding too much to participant’s plates. Expect 5-8 hours max of assignments, challenges, inquiries, and remote content to watch (aka videos & podcasts). We want them to have fun with this challenge but not burn out.

  • We find this program is most relevant for next-gens in the mid 20’s to early 40s range.

  • All participants and staff are required to sign confidentiality agreements to protect the privacy and security of each member.

  • Our program is specifically designed to offer structured support after treatment or outpatient therapy, building on existing recovery gains to help next-gens establish long-term independence, emotional resilience, and purpose-driven living. In less acute cases, it can act as a substitue for treatment.

  • Through self-reporting, regular assessments, family check-ins, and demonstrated progress in life skills, emotional management, personal stability, and overall wellness.

  • We work with next-gens that are in their late teens up through early 30s.

  • When one door closes, another opens: After completing the accelerator, participants have the option to continue working with us through a customized integration & ongoing support program. This includes additional coaching, scaling support, and/or connecting with mentors in our extended network. You’ll also be able to join future cohorts as we develop additional accelerators for projects that are further down the track.

  • The accelerator is designed as a 12-week program with clear milestones each month, including an intensive retreat phase and action items for venture development. By the end of the program, participants will have a validated business model, a pitch ready for investors, and the tools to launch their venture or expand it into the market. The pace is rigorous, ensuring participants make significant progress in a short time. That said, if they don’t feel ready for a soft-launch, we’re here to help them get the rest of the way there.

    We select participants who demonstrate leadership potential, a willingness to grow, and a clear drive to create a meaningful impact.

    Once admitted, you each will receive further details about the program, including payment structure and dates for the next cohort!

  • The accelerator combines both remote learning and in-person immersion. We begin with an online cohort experience, including workshops, 1:1 coaching, and group sessions. Then, we move into the in-person retreat phase where we deepen connections, refine business ideas, and receive hands-on support. Depending on the format and preferences, some elements of the program can be done remotely.

  • Yes, we facilitate structured and compassionate family discussions, aligning visions and improving family relationships and communication.

  • Our program is hybrid, combining weekly online interactions with intensive, life-changing in-person retreats and rites-of-passage ceremonies that mark significant milestones in personal growth and recovery.

  • The Succession.Inc journey culminates in a Rites of Passage in-person, where they’ll meet the next cohort and cement unbreakable bonds. Afterwards, participants can opt-in to ongoing membership, which grants access to regular group support calls, check-ins, and events.
